Hi Guys,

Below formula keeps on giving me REF error. I cannot figure out why, can anyone have a look at it

{sum(indirect("'[benchmark 04.30 project.xlsx]" & $H7&" '!M$6"))}

thanks

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.

You have a space between quotes and apostrophe.

Should be:

{sum(indirect("'[benchmark 04.30 project.xlsx]" & $H7&"'!M$6"))}
