REF! Error, cant seem to figure it out. HELP PLEASE

I have a financial plan that i am working on, unfortunately i am stuck with a REF! error.

Do you have a table named Unit6?

If not you need to surround that in quotes, right now it is trying to use that as a reference, hence the error.

I do not have a table named Unit6, that i am aware off, did a search, no results.

Do i add quotes to the "Unit6" like so? or the entire formula?
