Hello guys,

I hope you can help me with this issue.

Imagine 2 tables: RELEASES AND SHIPPING.
In the RELEASES table are registered all the data required for the shop to fulfill an order.
In the SHIPPING table are registered all the releases shipped to clients.

In the SHIPPING table, I have a drop down list of all RELEASES but it contains even those already shipped. I would like to have listed in the drop down only the orders not shipped.

Thanks in advance,

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
Generally you should work with queries, forms and reports when interacting with the database. Tables aren't good for working with data unless you are the only user and know exactly what you are doing - even then, it may be more efficient to design forms for yourself. With a query or query based form or report, you will use SQL to limit results to the ones you want to see.

Eduardo,

if you would like to do your project with a form run on vba code I could help you with that.
