I want to manage cash for the next 12 weeks. I want to show making payments like salary every 2 weeks. I have 12 columns representing weeks end on Friday. Each week I advance the weeks by entering this Friday’s date. On the rows I show column headings:<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>
<o:p></o:p>
1. <?xml:namespace prefix = v ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:vml" /><v:shapetype id=_x0000_t202 path="m,l,21600r21600,l21600,xe" o:spt="202" coordsize="21600,21600"><v:stroke joinstyle="miter"></v:stroke><v:path o:connecttype="rect" gradientshapeok="t"></v:path></v:shapetype><v:shape style="Z-INDEX: 251658240; POSITION: absolute; TEXT-ALIGN: left; MARGIN-TOP: 0.15pt; TEXT-INDENT: 0px; WIDTH: 27.75pt; HEIGHT: 115.5pt; MARGIN-LEFT: -22.5pt; LEFT: 0px" id=_x0000_s1026 stroked="f" type="#_x0000_t202"><v:textbox></v:textbox></v:shape>Payment Account e.g. Salary (Text Entry)<o:p></o:p>
<o:p></o:p>
2. Frequency 14 for every two weeks (Other alternatives are 7 or 30. I know how to distribute weeks and months.)<o:p></o:p>
<o:p></o:p>
3. Day of Month that I pay, e.g. 6 for the 6th of the month<o:p></o:p>
<o:p></o:p>
4. Amount, e.g. $500<o:p></o:p>
<o:p></o:p>
Columns 5 through 17 are weeks the payments 1 through 12.<o:p></o:p>
<o:p></o:p>
If today is 12/5/2009, $500 will be paid in Weeks 12/5/2009, 12/19/2009, 1/2/2010, 1/16/2010, 2/13/2010 and 1/30/2010. <o:p></o:p>
<o:p></o:p>
How can I use Excel’s calendar to show payment dates regardless of day, month or year?<o:p></o:p>
