I have code that works in Access 97 with DAO 2.5/3.5 but is failing in Access XP with DAO 3.51

Dim db As Database
Dim rs As Recordset
Dim tbldef As TableDef
Dim GuideTable As String

GuideTable = "Table1"
Set db = CurrentDb()
Set rs = db.OpenRecordset(GuideTable)

Set tbldef = db.CreateTableDef(rs.[Table Name])

The code fails with the last line and doesn't seem to recognize the 'rs.[Table Name]' part. 'Table Name' is a field name in "Table1"

Is there a different syntax that I'm missing? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
Does this work?

Set tbldef = db.CreateTableDef(rs.Fields("Table Name"))
