Record Date & Time in a particular cell when value changes in another cell

Dear All,
say i have sheet2 with formula like below
A1+A2=A3

Then i have sheet3 where cell B3 = Sheet2!A3

I want to record Date & Time in any of the cells in either of the sheets whenever value of cell Sheet3!B3 is changed.
Please help.
