Recomendations ona good Excel guides

Hi
I am not a new user to Excel and would say that my knowledge of formulas is pretty advanced. I want to move onto macros and some VBA stuff and feel that a book or guide would be the best way for me to learn. Biggest problem with that is that there are so many to chose from on so many different sites.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what has worked for them and where to find it?
