anyone here can make any suggestions to the following situation:

i have to worksheets in a workbook
one is receivables ledger and other is debtors aging
now the problem here is i need a format by which i make receivables ledger entries and it records itself automatically in debtors aging and here is another issue.
In my company we donot use invoice number, we just use debtor name so, i need to know whether there is a way in which i just make payment entry in receivables ledger and payment deducts itself automatically from the very first unpaid invoice and when first invoice becomes zero, it deducts itself from the second unpaid invoice of that relevant supplier

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
