Recall Data with column reference -dynamic variable

I am trying to set dynamic variable for column reference during recall and no idea how to do it. searched in web but no success. Attached the sample form.

Any help please
When i select the column reference A or B or C, it should recall the column reference with reference to the selection. and A value to A abd B to B.....
