I have a list of names with Last, First MI and I am wanting to figure out how to get First MI. Last

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
Provided that each name is in a separare cell and one of them is in A1, try this in B1:

=TEXTJOIN({" ",". "},,CHOOSECOLS(TEXTSPLIT(A1,{", "," "}),2,3,1))

Assuming your cell is in A1, you could do this:

Excel Formula:
=TEXTAFTER(A1,", ")&". " &TEXTBEFORE(A1,",")

Assuming that your list of names in located in column A. Use can use this:

Excel Formula:
=RIGHT(A1,LEN(A1)-LEN(LEFT(A1,FIND(",",A1)-1))-2) & " " & LEFT(A1,FIND(",",A1)-1)

The benefit of this formula is that it will work perfectly regardless of how many middle initials that appear. e.g.

Smith, Henry
Smith, Henry P.
Smith, Henry P.H.
Smith, Henry P. H.
