Good afternoon,

I am in a very tight pickle in which I am hoping someone can help me, or point me in the right direction.

I am given total contract values of for say maybe 30 contractors, as well as the duration they are on the job. The job has begun so there are actual values for roughly 5 months. The job is 30 some odd months. I need to generate 6-30th month of values to follow a bell curve of spending.

So what I've done so far, I've taken the total contract value and divided that by the amount of months of duration and carried that out through the entire row for every contractor.
Since these are straight lines graphs I've totaled the rows and taken the weighted value of each cell to the total of the column and then multiplied it by a value in which follows a standard bell curve...

This then generates values in which start low and climb to a peak and then fall back down.

You may think oh wow all is well, however, it's not. These new weighted values do NOT total out to the total values of each contractor.

So I am stuck slightly adjusting every total value every so slightly trying to get all the values to match..

I've notice goal seek, which would work I can simply put multiple cells into it at once.

I really could use some help as I need to finish this ASAP.

Threw this chart together to show what I am working with.

I need to adjust bell curve values so that the totals(sum) and total should equal will actually be equal

Thanks in advance,
