Real-time data import/export options

Are there options to import/export real-time Excel data via UDP between two programs on the same Windows PC (localhost). From searching it seems these are possible Excel options for bi-directional real-time data:

1. Winsock (Windows sockets)
2. Real-Time Data (RTD)
3. Excel Data Streamer add-in - serial
4. Excel Data Streamer add-in - UWP (Windows Universal App)

Am I missing any? And can any of the above provide both import/export over UDP (obviously option #3 cannot)?
