Hello All,

If anyone knows how I have a large data set and I would like to check there is duplicates. Issue is there are two parameters needed to confirm this. So for example I have in Cell B3 the Activity ID “BLH7895“ and in Cell C3 I have the Activity Name “Taking out the trash”. How would I ensure that I am able to see if the activity ID differs from the activity name in another instance? So if “BLH7895” is in cell B4 and “Washing plates” is in C4? Thanks in advance for any pointers!

What did Pito Salas invent?
Pito Salas, working for Lotus, popularized what would become to be pivot tables. It was released as Lotus Improv in 1989.
Are the Activity IDs mean to be unique?

Are the Activity IDs mean to be unique?
Good Afternoon,

yes they are but they are supposed to be unique WITH the activity name. Not sure I’m making the most sense but one solution I thought of was having a table where I could read data from in another sheet and if there isn’t a match then it is flagged. Issue is I also do not know how to do that lol

What is it you actually want to find out about the data?

Hi there,

I would like to find out if there are any instances where the activity ID and has two different activity names attached to it like in the example. I hope I’m making sense, once again thank you for your help so far
