Reading Files on Network Drive

I have a database created and I need to be able to have folks read documents from a network folder. I have seen a similar database where they have the documents show up in a web browser.

I have tried to duplicate the same procedure but I come with the dreaded can not view page.

This is the path that I have tried to use:

\\Fs-clst-891-01\388users$\Rick.Kilboy\FCIF\Part B\Go-No Go
