RDBMerge Add-in Automation Error

Hi All

I frequently use the RDBMerge add-in, from Ron de Bruin. I've been using it for years with no problems. However since changing to Windows 10 I've been getting frequent Automation Errors & it just crashes mid-merge.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix?
