Rate calculator according to Km and Weight

Hi Expats!!

I'm looking for an excel sheet where I can calculate the price according to km and Weight of the parcel.
For Eg:- If I set 5$/km and 4$/50 grams. So, that I can put the weight and km of the parcel and I'll get the price.
