Good morning everyone!

I am running into the following problem, which I couldn't solve using Google.

For our region we would like to set up a ranking which ranks our employees from best to least best. The problem is, every store has their own excel file with performance indicators and in their own folder (Folders are accessible for everyone since they are on a shared drive). The excel sheets are exactly the same, only their numbers and name of employees differ.

What I would like to achieve (example)

- compare chosen indicators across all 16 sheets
- Create a ranking from the employee with the highest score to the lowest score
- excel should only display the name of the employee, not the numbers
- the sheets are updated on a daily basis, so the ranking should too
- I would like to insert this ranking to every sheet (I guess thats a minor change)

And here is a screenshot of an example

Thank you very much for any help I can get!

Best,
Drica

Excel Facts

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
This is what Microsoft Access can do. Your excel sheets would load into Access and you can run queries for analysis.
(right tool for the right job)
