I need help on unique ranking based on multiple criteria.

I've been asked to rank 10 employees based on the following criteria: BA %, FA %, Outstanding FA% and Uncontacted %.

ABCDE
Name BA %

FA %

<tbody>
</tbody>
Outstanding FA%Uncontacted %

<tbody>
</tbody>

How do I go about ranking the employees based on the highest number of sales, highest completion rate with the lowest absenteeism rate? Employee with rank 1 should have the highest number of sales, highest BA % andFA %rate and the lowest Outstanding rate and Uncontacted rate among the other 9 employees.

Hope that makes sense!

Thanks in advance!

Add a column to rank each field: Then add the ranks together for a total: then rank the total. Example if six fields then a perfect score would be 6 (Rank of 1 for each field).
