I know I have done this before but for the life of me cannot find the spreadsheet I saved as an example. In column c I have a rank, by the value in column b. the formula would start over each time the id # changes. In other words its in a data set I keep adding to. I have a formula that ranks like that but creates ties in the rank. I do not want a tie. See column D for this example.
