Hi everyone! I working on a report in excel that will stack rank the sales people in my company according to there YTD sales. I have an input sheet that houses all the data and new sales people are added and subtracted from this data regularly. I am trying to make this process as automated as possible, so I created a pivot table that shows the name of the sales person and there respective YTD results. I put the rank function to the left of the pivot table. The pivot table automatically adjust for the change in sales people (added and subtracted), but the rank function will not because the array is set. Is there anyway to have the array in the rank function update to capture the addition and subtraction of new sales people? IS there a way to incorporate a rank into the actual pivot table? Thank you in advance for your help.
