Range with partly a reference?

hi,
i hope i define the headline right,
is it possible to a range to be like:

=b2:b&value(a50)

when a50=22
(because a50 is changing)
or something alike?

You can do that using INDIRECT, like so:

=INDIRECT("B2:B"&A50)
