Range not getting in Intersect

I'm not getting the uRng in the Intersect without an error. The error is 1004: Method Range of object_Worksheet failed.
This is the code I want to use (it is for making a time in an excel cell without using the : character):

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
