Randomy Select 5% of a Data Set

Hi,

Every week I have a file that ranges from 5,000-10,000 rows and I'd like to randomly select 5% of those rows to be analyzed on a separate sheet for further review. Note that the first row will be a header that should not be included in the 5% but I would want moved over to the other sheet.

Is there a macro that will randomly select 5% of my rows?
