Randomly choose labels in cells

This is my problem... i know that a function rand() exists, but it seems for numbers only.

What i want is lets say from A1 to A 30 i have a list of team names. (labels not values)

in cell B14 (for example) i want excel to randomly each time i press f9 or a button selects and shows in cell b14 a name a team from the range A1 to A30..

please help
