Random name draw for multiple weighted entries with no duplicates

I have a list of names / entries for a raffle where some people have multiple entries. I want to draw multiple winners and want to ensure those who have multiple entries are weighted accordingly, however once someone has won they should be unable to win a second time. How would this be done in excel?
