Afternoon...

After some excel related inspiration if anyone is feeling in a giving mood?

I need to RAG rate individual cells containing a list of people, places, processes and plans and this needs to be done/displayed in a visually pleasing way as this will be displayed in offices across the organisation depending on the responses given by each area of the business

Is there any way to do this without having to change the fill each time? Thought about conditional formatting but need the content of the cells to remain the same throughout and just the colours to change based on the local assessment of the assets that they have in place at that time....

Example List

PM's
BA's
Researcher
Morning Standup
Weekly Programme Meeting
Monthly Strategic Oversight Meeting

These need to be changed easily (RED/AMBER/GREEN) according to the local assessment

Thanks in advance

What did Pito Salas invent?
Pito Salas, working for Lotus, popularized what would become to be pivot tables. It was released as Lotus Improv in 1989.
How do you know what the local assessment is? Is it listed somewhere in the workbook?

Hi,

The assessment will be Red, Amber or Green

I am thinking that the easiest thing may be a second sheet with the list, RA or G next to each item and then have the printed sheet pulling the data through
