Quickbase Integration

Is there a relatively easy way to use the data from quickbase in excel? I just want to be able to copy over a single record to excel to use as a fee agreement. In other words use bidding calculators in Quickbase to generate quotes that I can easily copy to excel to customize to a degree if necessary.
