Kathy is the author of the brand new book that's coming out.
It's called Excel the L Line.
Here's Kathy.
Hey, everybody.
Do you know how easy it is to transpose your data?
We have this data in Column A.
I'm going to SELECT it, and did you know how easy it is to transpose Data in Excel 2007?
All I do is copy it.
Click while I where I'm going to paste it, and say paste Transpose now for most of you that's probably an obvious.
But look at how much quicker that goes then all the hours you have to spend doing it otherwise.
Hey, that's cool.
I've always used Edit, Paste special.
Transpose like four steps now.
I can do it in one click.
There we go.
Thanks so much.
You know I didn't think we should get a PowerPoint people, Because I didn't think you even used Excel.
But there you go Kathy Jacobs, Excel the L Line book for the book coming out soon.
