Quick question

Can anyone tell me what I have to type in reports view to calculate price per square foot.

and also how long has the house been for sale.

There is date listed and date sold.

You need to create a couple of text boxes to do the calculations. Assuming you have a field like [Price] an danother like [Area], one of the new text boxes should have a control source =[Price]/[Area]
For time on market, you'll need something like =IIF(ISEMPTY([SellDate]),DATEDIF("d",Date,[ListDate]),DATEDIF("d",[SellDate],[ListDate])
Each of these should go in the Detail section of the report, to give values for each lot.

thanks a lot, I got both working

can you tell me if it's possible to show which house were actually sold

So let's say there's 15 houses, and 5 of them were sold and I want only those 5 to show up

can that be done?

In the query that you used for the report, go to the criteria row of the [SaleDate] field and enter Is Not Null. Check the query -- it should only show the 5 sold houses. If so, you're away. If not, try >0 or > #1/1/2004# in the criteria instead
