Morning/Afternoon to you wherever you may be,
I use a large number of linked Excel sheets, where the links require updating at least monthly. I tend to use find & replace to update the links since most of them just need a month or period updating.
However, other users have access to these sheets, and sometimes they are changed without me knowing. This means when I try the find&replace, Excel is searching for a bunch of filepaths that don't exist, so I get the pop up box looking for the file it can't find. This can mean clicking 'Cancel' hundreds or thousands of times (for every instance of the incorrect filepath), then changing the source file name or changing my replace function and doing it again.
What I'm wondering is - is there a quick way out of this error that doesn't involve clicking cancel several zillion times?!
Cheers
