Hello Friends

Is there anyway of customizing quick access tool bar for one workbook only?

I have prepared a template that I am to share with a group. There is a macro that the group will need to run. I don't have option of modifying PROSONAL.XLSB workbook for all members of the group. And, I am trying not having to add a Form Control Button (due to some data display issues).

I was wondering if I could add an icon on the "Quick Access Tool Bar" and add an icon there for the users to click and run the macro.

I am looking for a way to modify the toolbar for one workbook or confirmation that it cannot be done. I wanted to check with this form before going for other less desired options (of adding Form Control button or creating keyboard shortcut).

Thanks
Rajesh

Sure - when you right-click to customize the QAT, the top right dropdown has the ability to do this for all workbooks or just a current one
