Good Morning Excel Experts,

There are many more sets of eyes in this forum so pardon my posting here.

I am trying to get some info on Access 2003. I believe it's supposed to be released in late October. Where I work we have Access 97. Where my wife works they run Access XP. At home we have Access 2000. I would like to be able to work on a database I'm building for my wife here at work but all the different versions of Access, not to mention operating systems is frustrating. I used to be able to easily install Access 97 & 2000 when I was running windows 98. Now however, trying to do that here where I work with windows XP has been unsucessful. We are also running Lotus Notes which has added an additional layer of complexity.
So my question is, will Access 2003 be anymore backwards compatible to previous versions of Access without being asked to convert continously like Access 2000 & 97 ?? If so, I will purchase my own copy of 2003 to use both at work & home when it's released.

Thanks !!
