What is the best practice in storing the MACRO? Is it in the personal workbook or in the workbook itself ?

I have realized that I need to use the macro on different devices.

Under such circumstance, I should copy back the macro one by one and save it in the workbook ?

Kindly advise.

Depends on how you plan to use the macro.

I store macros that I will use across many workbooks in my Personal.xlsb workbook. Often I will add such macros to the QAT (Quick Access Toolbar) so I can run them on an active workbook simply by clicking their assigned icons on the QAT.

If use will be limited to a specific workbook, I put the macro in that workbook so it ports to other computers easily.
