I have a little complicated report that I need to run :

The database I have has one Table with all the information and one query.

The purpose of the database is the survey of the employees who left the job.It has multiple questions that we ask when they leave the company.

For example in one of the question :

1] Different check boxes with reasons for leaving

and I would like to run a report that will display a summary of :
1] RUn a report
As of now it has terminations by department in a year[I want to change it to by enter begin date and enter end date)
Make a graph for that

2] Make a report for reasons for leaving
different questions with check boxes
display all the questions and do a count for all of them.
For example(Display Better Job Opportunity--display how many left for that option with a graph)

3] Make a report for location(location is a drop down question in the list box and in the report I would like to enter the location and it will display how many employees left from that location or maybe it will be better if I can enter a date and it will display all the locations on the left hand side and on the right hand side it will display how many people left from that location)

4] Report for Supervisor's rating. I would like to run a report for
a) demonstrated fair treatment ( dropdown....excellent, good, fair, poor no opinion)
b) provided recognition on the job (excellent, good, fair, poor no opinion)

everything in all these reports will be sorted through dates. For example any report that I want to run I would put start date and end date.

Sorry but I warned you its a complicated report. I would really appreciate any help on this.

Thanks
