Questions about mobile webpage

When I access the forum from my smartphone (iPhone 6s), at the bottom of each post (lower, right corner of each entry) are three icons; a curved arrow (Reply), thought bubble with quote (Reply with Quote), and thought bubble with quote and plus sign - what does this last icon do??

Also, from a mobile platform, how do I subscribe to a thread?? I don't have anything to contribute but the topic is of interest.

'Multi-Quote'. If you want to quote more than one post (or part(s) thereof), click this icon at the foot of each post you want to quote. It will turn the icon into a tick mark. Once ready, click 'Reply to Thread' and each of the marked posts will be quoted.

Also, from a mobile platform, how do I subscribe to a thread??

Star icon at the top or bottom of the thread, then scroll down to 'Add Subscription'.
