Hi!! I have a Query that is "linked" to a form.

So, there are 8 different criterias. But it only works if I add data to ALL of them.
I would like that if the "Form criteria" is left blank the Querry would show all records in this specific criteria...

So if I only fill the "Supplier" box the "Sub-Form" will return ALL records of this specific Suplier (The other criterias that were left blank will not interfere in the result)

Do you underestand?

THANKS A LOT!!

Hiya

You can try an immediate if statement for the criteria:

like iif([forms]![subform]![txtSupplier]="","*",[forms]![subform]![txtSupplier])

So if the Supplier textbox is blank, it will put a wildcard character in.

Hope that helps

If the ComboBoxes are returning Null's rather than an empty string you could use
Like nz([Forms]![MyForm]![MyField],"*")
