Apologies if this is not the right place to ask this question.... I would like to post a question, but I really need to upload a sample workbook to explain. Reading through the FAQ, it seems that this is not possible, but there is reference to "colo's HTML maker". However, if I can't seem to get access the this link (Internet Explorer freezes up)...

Could someone please advise me how I can post a workbook (or equivalent) for discussion?

You can't upload a sheet, but you can post small screen shots. If you cannot access Colo's HTML maker, you could try Excel jeanie

I've created an HTML file now which I have saved onto my computer. How do I upload this now into a new thread? The insert buttons seems to require an http address...??

You should not have an HTML file. You post the HTML itself as your message and the board translates it into your example.

You didn't mention how you created this HTML, but take a look at the HTML Maker FAQ (link is below)
