Hi all,

I'm a bit new to running data analysis in Excel, have a decent statistical understanding but not with regards to Excel. I figured out how to get the data analysis tools but am having trouble getting my exact setup for my data. The data I'm trying to build off of is this:

I want to determine statistical significance and other data for data on every state that has a specific policy, and then the percentage of turnout in each state (so I have two columns of data essentially - all of those states, and then their respective turnout percentage). How can I run statistical significance on this in Excel and interpret what it spits out.

Thank you for any help!

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
