I want to put six slides from a presentation I made on a page, save them
and then be able to e-mail them.

I know how to print a layout with six slides on each page. Is there a way
to save these and e-mail them instead of printing them?

Excel Facts

Square and cube roots
The =SQRT(25) is a square root. For a cube root, use =125^(1/3). For a fourth root, use =625^(1/4).
If you have the option in Print, "Microsoft Office Document Image Writer", you could use that.

I have the option of MS XPS Document Writer. I chose that, then set my layout to six per page. It saved it to my desktop as an .xps file, but when I open it it says "page cannot be displayed".

What did I do wrong?

The version I have opens okay, sorry I can't see why your one shouldn't work if you're doing it from the Print Menu.

What about using PDF drivers to turn it into a PDF file with six on a sheet? Somebody told me this could be done, but I'm not familiar with it. Can anybody help with this?

There are a few free PDF creators around that will do the same thing from the Print Menu.

PDF Creator - PDF4Free v2.0 is one of them.
