Hello fellow number crunchers,
I am currently making an effort to get my company to formulate a structured BI department as opposed to a couple of analysts and a DB guy. We have begun building an EDW, but are looking to have a more formalized structure. I have done a substantial amount of research into BICCs, their benefits and how to best implement one, but I was wondering if anybody on this forum would be willing to share any information with me. Organization, reporting structure, governance policies, processes, personnel are things I'm particularly interested in learning, as well as Dos and Don'ts if anybody has helped with a company setting up a BICC.

Thank you all!
