Hello I am new in this excel/share point world.
I have the following requirement:
- Separate excel files by project to be hosted in Share point.
- Common datasets ( to be updated 1 time per month) and hosted in SP in a separate file.
- Real time connection from the excel files to the common dataset focal point.
- Real time to the consolidated data from all projects as there are common resources depending on other projects.
- Consolidate data at the end of the flow.
- Export consolidated data to a Share point list.

I have the following questions:
- Is it possible to generate an automatic refresh from the separate excel files to a consolidated file or Share point list.?
- Is it possible to generate an automatic refresh from the consolidated file to the separate excel files.
- Is it possible ot read form the common dataset in an automatic way every time the monthly data is loaded in there.
- will it be possible to generate a sharepoint list form the consolidated data every month in an automatic way without opening the file and exporting to the SP list manually.
thanks!

Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
