Question after Installing HTML Maker to my New Excel 2016 App

Just Installed HTML Maker Add-In to my Excel 2016 App.

Currently The HTML Maker Add-In is In My VBE Projects Window - All Six (6) modules.

But Back in my Book1 - Excel Environment Screen the "Add-Ins" Tab IS NOT SHOWN next to my Developer Tab (Which is showing)
I have closed Out My Excel - An REBOOTED my PC and everything...

The HTML MAker is Checked in my Add-Ins when I check Options, Add-Ins, Go...

When I View the customize Ribbon - There is an Add-Ins there under Developer - Both Checked

Hi,

I've seen people having similar issues, but don't remember the various possible causes or remedies...

May be check Trust Center, Trust Center Settings..., Add-ins, to see if Add-Ins are disabled?
