Question adding a percent to all cells that = M

trying to get cell P27 to look at cells P18:P25 if corresponding cell in E column = M then add 15 percent. take all percent totals and display total in Cell P27

Example:
Cell O27 looks at cell E18, E18 = Blank, no change happens to O27 total
Cell O27 looks at cell E19, E19 = M, Then O27 takes O19 finds what 15% is of cell O19 and adds it to the new total of O27
Cell O27 looks at cell E20, E20 = M, Then O27 takes O20 finds what 15% is of cell O20 and adds it to the new total of O27
Cell O27 looks at cell E21, E21 = Blank no change happens to O27 total
Cell O27 looks at cell E22, E22 = M, Then O27 takes O22 finds what 15% is of cell O22 and adds it to the new total of O27
Cell O27 looks at cell E23, E23 = Blank no change happens to O27 total
Cell O27 looks at cell E24, E24 = Blank no change happens to O27 total

any help on this would be great
