I am trying to build something in Sheets where it lists an array of symptoms, allow the user to select which symptoms exist and provide possible diagnosis. Below is an example of what I have thrown together so far. It works fine if all of the symptoms are known, but in the below example, I would want to be able to select "High Temperature" and the Possible Diagnosis column not only lists "Faking Healthy" but lists all of the other Symptoms that also contain "High Temperature" in the Possible Diagnosis column. Each Diagnosis only contains one unique combination of symptoms but multiple diagnosis contain the same(but not all the same) symptoms.

Any suggestions on how I can accomplish this?
