Question about MS Word 2003 Print Layout Header issue

When I have my view set to "Print Layout" instead of starting the cursor down below where the header is at, the default view has the cursor right at the very top of the page.

If I select View and then Header/Footer. And then close the popup window the cursor goes back down where it's supposed to be, about an inch down the page.

Does anyone know how to get my default settings back so that the cursor starts about an inch down the page instead of at the very top?

Thanks,

Rob
