Hello. Not very knowledgeable in this area. Can somebody tell me the difference between these queries? Why does one say "Connection Only" and the others show the number of rows?

Excel Facts

Control Word Wrap
Press Alt+Enter to move to a new row in a cell. Lets you control where the words wrap.
What version of Access is this? I have not seen that in the navigation pane & have to think that it means it's a pass-through query. Or did you mean to post in the Excel forum instead?

Sorry, this is in an Excel file but it's pointing to a table in Access. Better to post in Excel forum?

It's been a long time since I created any queries in Excel (I think the tool was called MSQuery). Have been wondering for a while what Power BI (?) is, but it seems it's the old MSQuery tool reborn? It's really an Excel question because that's the app you're using IMO, but it doesn't matter since you've explained it.
