Hi,

I'm incredibly new to PBI and have an annoying issue that I can't crack.

For Lab 1, I've imported the data required (Access DB, CSVs and Excel doc) but when I transform and apply changes, the revenue field does not reflect the transform (into currency format) and also displays a different revenue figure. In fact, all rows show the same revenue figure. This is not reflected in the query view or source data, only in table / visualisation view.

I have removed the 'sum' summarisation but the numbers haven't changed.
What am I doing to make this happen? Any pointers would be great.

Thanks

J

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
To clarify, Lab1 on the EDX course (although, I don't think this is relevant).
