Hi All,

Very new to VBA. Wondering if anyone can advise on a macro code to highlights cells based on their value?

Basically want to run a macro that will look in column J and highlight every cell that has a numeric value above 40,000.

Regards,

UMac

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
Do you really need VBA to do this?
This can be accomplished pretty easily with Conditional Formatting.

Note, you can also create Conditional Formatting with VBA, if it needs to be part of some bigger procedure. Just turn on the Macro Recorder and record yourself applying the Conditional Formatting to get the VBA code that you need.
