Hi

I currently have a database where people enter items checked and errors on a daily basis. I have a pivot chart embedded in a form (running off a query) which plots this performance over time (between two dates)

The trouble is that if someone misses a day, that day is missed in the chart.

I understand that the query only returns days with information associated with it but is it possible to:
A: Get the query somehow to return all days between two days even if there is no info for those days
B: Manipulate the chart to show all days, not just the ones with information

Cheers

Using a mouse in Excel is the work equivalent of wearing a lanyard when you first get to college
You need to create a dummy table with all the dates that you want to display.
You then join this to the data table and edit the join to show all records from the date table, and only the records in the main table that have matching data.
Base your analysis on this and you can plot a complete date sequence.
