Probably very simple, or maybe a DB sin, but I want to query two tables and end up only with the records that DO NOT match between the tables. That option is not one of the three join options. Thanks!

Excel Facts

Difference between two dates
Secret function! Use =DATEDIF(A2,B2,"Y")&" years"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"YM")&" months"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"MD")&" days"
First create your JOIN query.

Then phrase your query as:

SELECT [field list] FROM
WHERE [join field] NOT IN (JOIN query)

If you want unmatched records from both the tables, create a UNION query using the above SELECT query on both the tables

That looks far simpler than the multiple queries and back and forth to Excel that I've been doing. Much thanks!
